NoAgency is an online marketplace. We help rent-seekers and property listers find each other and communicate. We are not an estate agent, letting agent, broker, landlord, property manager, or a party to any tenancy agreement.
We verify user identity through reputable third-party identity and security vendors. That check confirms a person is real; it does not confirm that a lister owns the property they post, that a listing is accurate, or that any tenancy will proceed as promised.
Before you pay any money or sign any tenancy agreement, you should:
- Visit the property in person or on a live video walkthrough.
- Independently verify the lister's ownership or right to sublet (title documents, prior tenancy agreement, landlord confirmation).
- Never send rent or deposits to an unverified account or to anyone who refuses a documented, in-person handover.
- Report anything suspicious using the "Report" button on the listing, or by emailing hello@noagency.ltd.
