NoAgency ("we", "our") operates the noagency.ltd platform. For the purposes of the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, we are the data controller of the personal data described below. Contact us at hello@noagency.ltd.

• Account: name, email, phone number, password hash, profile photo, bio, city.
• Identity and verification: government-issued ID, BVN or NIN, selfie and liveness data, and results returned by our third-party identity/security vendors.
• Listings and property: address, rent, photos, video walkthrough, condition report, GPS coordinates.
• Messages: content of messages exchanged between users on the platform.
• Payments: bank account details for payouts and payment metadata processed by Paystack; we do not store full card numbers.
• Device and usage: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, actions taken, referrer, timestamps.
• Support: anything you send us when you contact us.

• To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
• To verify your identity and reduce fraud, including through reputable third-party identity and security vendors.
• To publish and moderate listings and to enable rent-seekers and listers to find and message each other.
• To process payouts and handle billing.
• To send service and transactional emails (verification, password resets, notifications). Marketing emails are opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
• To measure and improve the service.

We rely on your consent, on the performance of our contract with you, on our legitimate interests in running a safe platform, and on compliance with legal obligations, depending on the data and purpose.

• Other users: your public profile, your listings, and messages you send are visible to the users you interact with.
• Hosting and database: our infrastructure provider stores data securely on our behalf.
• Identity and security vendors: reputable third parties that perform BVN, NIN, ID, and liveness checks.
• Payments: Paystack for payouts and payment processing.
• Email delivery: our transactional email provider.
• Law enforcement and regulators: where we are legally required to share information, or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent fraud, harm, or a crime.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations. Verification records may be retained longer where regulation requires.

Subject to Nigerian law you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@noagency.ltd. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in every message.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the service, and limited first-party analytics to understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may break parts of the service.

NoAgency is not intended for anyone under 18. Do not use the platform if you are under 18.

We may update this policy. Where a change is material we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when it last changed.
